My baby is sick at the moment, and when he woke me up at 4.15am this morning I couldn’t go back to sleep!!! My little one and my husband fell back to sleep and I was up, so I decided to get cooking this morning.
My little man is going through a fussy stage in his eating, and absolutely refuses to allow us to feed him at the moment, so I decided to take his usual porridge and blueberries, and rustle up these ‘porridge fingers’. These were such a winner with my boy, and I’m already planning on doing lots of different variations of this. If you are doing this for older kids or adults you may want to add a little maple syrup to make it sweeter.
Let me know what you do 🙂
