Good Morning and happy Sunday!
My family are currently staying with us in London, and we need to fuel ourselves for the day, so I decided to make some individual smoothies and smoothie bowls for us. My nephew, who is 4, didn’t really like the blackberry smoothie bowl. I think because its not very sweet. I then made him a quick strawberry and banana smoothie which he loved 🙂
As with all smoothies, its super easy, and you can add or change anything you like! My son didn’t have the flaxseed or coconut flakes, but he ate the rest. I like for him to have whole fruits as much as possible, so he gets used to what they really look like and feel like. Its a really important step in getting them to eat well.
I hope you have a fantastic day.
Love, Natalie x
