I hope you have a fabulous day planned ahead! Today my little man and I are off to Hartbeeps, which is the most beautiful class for babies. He absolutely loves it, and sleeps well afterwards! We sing songs and go on adventures, and it is absolutely adorable.
This morning I woke up needing a bit of a lift, probably due to disrupted sleep, so I thought I’d make this smoothie bowl to brighten up my day, and it is definitely helping!

100ml Almond Milk
50g Frozen Mango, plus extra to top
50g Frozen Pineapple, plus extra to top
3 tbsp. Rolled Oats
Poppy Seeds to top
Small handful of Frozen Blueberries to top
1 Tbsp Desiccated Coconut to top
- Blend the almond milk, mango, pineapple and banana.
- Top with the mango, pineapple, blueberries, poppy seeds and desiccated coconut.
